Register your venue on ClubManager

Create an account for your club, gym, hotel, café or shop and start with a free month. No card is required, and the setup adapts to the kind of venue you pick.

What you choose first

Registration starts with the venue type, because it decides what the rest of the product shows you. A gaming club gets tables, sessions and rates. A hotel gets rooms, check-in and ID capture. A café gets the counter, kitchen printing and table service. A gym gets memberships, door check-in and classes. A shop gets sales and restocking.

What happens after you register

• Confirm your venue name, GSTIN and opening hours.
• Add your staff, and give each of them only the tabs their job needs.
• Set up your tables, rooms or rates.
• Optionally turn on approvals for sensitive actions such as voids and refunds.
• Your venue can then be listed for online booking, so customers can reserve directly.

The free month

The first month costs nothing and needs no payment details. Everything is included during it — unlimited tables and sessions, the booking portal, café and expense tracking, staff roles, reports and exports. After it ends you pay once for the period you want, and your data stays whether or not you renew.

What to have ready

• Your venue name and address as you want customers to see them.
• Your GSTIN, if you issue GST invoices — it goes on the bills the system prints.
• Opening and closing hours.
• Your tables, rooms or services, and what each one costs per hour, per frame or per night.
• The names of the staff who will be using it, and which parts of the venue each of them works on.

Being found by customers

A registered venue can be listed on the public booking pages, where it gets its own page with its name, address, hours and what it offers — and customers can reserve a table, room or slot without creating an account. Listing is optional: a venue that only wants the internal tools can leave online bookings switched off.
