Common questions
No card is needed for the free month — sign up and start.
When a plan expires your data stays. You are reminded 7 days and 1 day before, and after expiry you simply cannot add new sessions or bookings until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
Upgrading mid-way adds your remaining days on top of the new plan.
Payment is by UPI, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) or net banking, processed through Razorpay.
Why it is priced by period rather than per month
A venue’s year is not flat. A club is busy through the season and quiet outside it, and a monthly subscription bills the quiet months at the same rate as the busy ones. Paying once for a period you choose means the cost is a decision you make deliberately, not a standing instruction that keeps running after you stop paying attention to it.
There is no per-seat charge either. Adding a staff member does not change what you pay, so nobody ends up sharing one login to keep a bill down — which is the failure mode that makes an audit trail worthless.
